UT’s Faculty and Staff for Justice in Palestine is a collective of campus workers who have come together in coalition to support Palestinian liberation. We are not a registered organization at the University of Texas at Austin, but we hold educational events, show our solidarity with the student-led Palestine Solidarity Committee, and seek to hold our university accountable.
We mourn the loss of more than 32,000 lives due to Israel’s ongoing genocide of Palestinians from the Nakba to the present. We mourn the loss of life on October 7. We reject the equation of anti-zionism with anti-semitism and come together as a coalition of people of diverse beliefs, origins, and scholarly and professional expertise to oppose genocide and demand Palestinian liberation.
